Language coach

Natalja Piechowiak
My name is Natalja Piechowiak. I was born in the Netherlands and grew up in a Dutch family. After high school, I studied to become a speech therapist. Language and communication had my interest from an early age.
In 2010 I graduated as a speech therapist at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences in Zwolle (the Netherlands). I had my first work experience as a speech therapist in an ambulatory rehabilitation center in Bruges (Belgium). In a specialized team of experts, I diagnosed and treated children with complex, multiple and severe developmental disorders.
In the following years I expanded my work experience in the speech therapy field by working within various independent speech therapy practices in the Netherlands. Within these practices I have worked with children (2 – 18 years) with speech disorders, (multilingual) language difficulties, reading and spelling problems/dyslexia, voicedisorders and orofacial myofunctional disorders.
In 2019 I emigrated to Poland. I live in the beautiful northern part of Poland, in the seaside town Gdynia (Tricity). A request for speech therapy from a Dutch family living in Poland, was the reason for starting up my own company in Poland.
Out of passion and love for my work with children, I create a safe, familiar and positive atmosphere within my therapy sessions, in which children feel at ease, feel seen and heard and can always be themselves. When children feel safe and comfortable, there are more chances for development and pleasure in learning new skills. I have an eye for the individual needs of the children and my therapy is closely aligned with this.
I have been registered as a Dutch speech therapist in the Dutch Paramedic Register ‘Kwaliteitsregister Paramedici’ (KP number: 59913172791). With this I meet the quality requirements set in the field of work experience and professional development.
